After Installing This D-LINK Router....

Before I decided that I wanted to go wireless with a router so other peoplein the house could go online it seems now that my wired connection to my desktop seems to time out all of the time now and it used to not do this because sometimes I can be online for hours then all of the sudden I can't access anything. Just wondering if you all knew possibly what may be wrong.
