Strange buzzing noise

Hey all,

(i know this question may be answered somewhere else but here it is) I have the MOXI Moto DVR(BMC9012). Lately I have been hearing a buzzing noise coming from the unit, is this normal(i.e. the hard drive continuously spinning) or should I call TWC?
