Sorry to hear that... hopefully they'll give you a month free or something.
I know it's not a good fix, but temporarily you could use a different port, at least for testing purposes. |

I wish my luck was as good. Been through both of these issues ... they know I have Boost and they took down the MAC address and confirmed that they could communicate with the modem. I've put in 4 calls since last Monday and on each call went through multiple levels of support so this has been tried multiple times. No joy. |

I had the problem initially where there was nothing to configure on that page. I called support and they had the wrong MAC address. It was fixed in 5 minutes.
