audio program request

Does anyone have a suggestion for a program that would be able to "cut" out individual songs from one large audio file that contains an entire album? I have many full albums in mp3 format, but they come out as one large mp3 file, and I cannot fast forward from one song to the next, but just have to fast forward through the entire thing as if it was one long track. Thanks.
