Define "wired"

For years the FCC's annual reports have stated that if a zip code has just one broadband customer, that zip-code is considered "Wired."

In my ZIP, there are broadband customers, but they aren't being served by DSL or cable. They aren't and never will be available. "Underserved" is a euphemism. We don't exist except on maps. The broadband is via dishes, period.

As for FIOS ... hahahahahahahahahahah *urk choke*.
