I doubt that the 768k download plan will offer anything near 768k upload. Can you clarify what package you did your test on?

Express (Dynamic) 384 to 1.5 $19.99 after the 12 month term. Pro (Dynamic) 1.5 to 3.0 $24.99 after the 12 month term. Elite (Dynamic) 3.0 to 6.0 $34.99 after the 12 month term. Those are for everyone...if your term came due after the 11th, you'll automatically re-rate to that.
