I am looking forward to it somewhat because I already know that scheduled upgrades (that are currently on hold due to the merger) will finally put a RT between me and the CO, hopefully boosting my neighborhood up to at least 3.0, maybe even 6.0 if we are lucky.

I assume that contracts hold until term. For Bellsouth Fastaccess users not on contract, this will be a great price break.

if you signed up last month then you are still on for the 12 months at 27.99.
