I was searching in a dictionary of obscure human languages and I came across the word "zune". It would seem it is a word used by a small nomadic tribe in north west Siberia who are related to the Inuit of North America. They are know as the Upchunknucks. Zune, in their language, roughly translates out to "as useful as an Arctic fox turd" I wonder if the team at Microsoft knew about this when they decided on the name for their new MP3 player?  
P.S. I just heard a report the new Sony gaming console really embarrassed a bunch of Sony officials at a recent trade show by repeatedly crashing during a demonstration in front of a large crowd of interested spectators and journalists. Oh how I would have wanted to be a "fly on the wall" back stage after this event

Deep River, CT | I'd be interested in reading up on that or seeing a video of it. Have any links? This sounds like when Bill Gates was releasing Windows 98 and he got the BSOD in front of the entire audience. That was great. |
