but its not bound to itunes. thats a huge plus to me. i dont dislike the ipod hardware.

Yeah, Zune will be tied to the POS that is WiMP. I'd rather use iTunes any day.

And the WiFi will suck even more since practically nobody will buy the Zune. So you're stuck trying to WiFi.... Nobody....
