| On Demand Question
I have three separate cable box's. One A HD/DVR Box which is a dct 6412. The other two i Think are the dct 2000 series box. The HD box has A ton more shows to choose from in On demand then the other two boxes. For example in the CBS portion on my 6412 box I get all the latest shows from CSI to Survivor, but on the other two box's it only has one survivor show from two weeks ago. What is going on. Do I need to change the two dct 2000 box's, and if so what can I upgrade them to that is not a HD or DVR box. THANKS!!! |

| I'd try rebooting the two digital boxes and if that doesn't work I'd say your having signal issues and you should call Comcast to allow them to troubleshoot it on the phone. They can provide a refresh which might work and if nothing on the phone works you will need a tech to come out and inspect the lines, splitters and fittings. |
