Writing a PPPoE program

I have searched ALL kinds of sites and have found nothing about coding my own PPPoE software. I was curious if anyone knows of any type of Windows based Open Source or possibly some type of forum/tutorial about programming a windows based PPPoE connection software. All I have found is "oh...well why don't you just download this?"

Well I'm making this for my small company and we want to make our own interface and ease of use, etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

It would be easier, simpler and faster to by the SDK for some of the existing applications that have gone through multiple versions and multiple years of QA and real world experience.

Thank you for the info/advice. Just seemed kind of weird that when I punched in alot of searches and such all I would get were Linux/Unix and hardly any for windows.

There are just as many for Windows, the bigest one is WinPoET and does have an SDK for complete control and coding.
