| Re: Burner w/ Liggy and Dee now slower, why? Liggy and Dee's firmware isn't designed to speed up burning, it is primarily to speed up ripping. Using their version often lets you select a higher burn speed than the discs are rated for, but I've found that if you go too high with it, the error rate ends up increasing burn time.
