[OOL] Slow Download speeds.

Ever since I got IO and Optimum Voice, i feel my bandwidth has shrank tremendiously. I used to be able to download the OOL speed test file at 1.01Mbps. Now i'd be happy to hit 400Kbps.

Does the other two services affect OOL?

I called their support and the guy said that i'm getting higher than normal speeds...
