Valley Stream, NY		 [OOL] Optimum Online Boost slow when than expected wen tested he

I have optimum online boost right and when i ran tests here it was mad slow. is there anyway to speed it up cuz i am gettin about 7-8k downstream speeds and 3-4k upstream when im supposed to have 30k downstream and 5k upstream.

Are you using a router? if so what kind. Also have you reset your modem?
