What exactly does your work order say? It is provisioned wrong. Your right, we haven't had that package for a while. I'm curious, PM me your MAC and I'll see what they did.

PMed - Work order indicates 3meg HSI ordered. I'm thinking now that I should have gone ahead and let him install it to test it, but I figured that with what I know about computers, it was an easy $50 to save.
