That is the weird policy.
I've ordered a new LPV installation on September, 27th.
Should go live on October 12th, when the Covad's tech comes.
So the actual 30 days cancellation policy is down to 15 days for me?
What if I'd go live on October 28th? That means I cannot cancel without a termination fee at all?
I doubt that they can win such a case in the court. |

| Beat this: It took them almost 2 months to finally port my DSL and # to their LPV service (however, they made sure to ship the modem just 4 to 5 days before the service was activated and now I understand why after reading the above policy) ...if not for recent outages experienced, I'd be a happy camper in spite of said delay. |
