I was wondering what speed packages are really available in the Pasadena, CA area. I called Charter and they told me the following are available:
1) 3Mbps/256kbps
2) 5Mbps/1Mbps
3) 10Mbps/1.5Mbps
I upgraded from 3/256 to the supposedly 5/1 package but a speed test shows about 4.6/470 which makes me think that the package is really 5/512
So, does a 5/1 package really exist?
As I'm really after the highest *upstream* I can get, what is it for Charter? 1Mbps or 1.5Mbps?
Can someone knowledgeable please list all the packages available for the Pasadena, CA area?
