Beat this: It took them almost 2 months to finally port my DSL and # to their LPV service (however, they made sure to ship the modem just 4 to 5 days before the service was activated and now I understand why after reading the above policy) ...if not for recent outages experienced, I'd be a happy camper in spite of said delay. |
