Read these:

If they are blocking all ports then you can use a proxy to get around their firewall.

Search google for some free proxies

just go to www.speedtest.net and test your speed there to see how fast it is. by the way, T1 isn't considered fast anymore.

I am slightly confused by your question. I am assuming that you can do "something" to boost your internet connection up to T1 and T2-like speeds and you are interested in getting "faster" speeds by tunneling through the HTTP ports?

@ucr.edu

so my school internet is fast. real fast. this one computer tech guy told me that there is a way to boost your internet speed up to t1 and sometimes t2, but for some reason i cant find out how to do it. he gave me some information like using a system called tunnel tornado or something and using tcp/ip manipulation. also bittorrent doesnt work and he said something by downloading torrents through a http protocol. but i am so lost. any ideas anyone?
