Not the First, there is a new condo's going up on Route 35 South in Middletown (Monmouth) County. and they have pulled fiber already and setting up the MDU'S |

It's definitely not the first mdu serviced by FiOS.
It may, however, be the fist pre-wired/new construction mdu FiOS ready. |

Yeah definitely not the first. While we still don't have service yet, we had fiber run in our aparments back in January. Looks like another couple weeks till we get service. |
