| Could verizon have blocked my server? I was running a counter-strike 1.6 server off my residential server 15/2 FiOS connection. It uses much less up bandwidth than if i were to say, leave limewire running. I've had it going for 3 months now, and it's gotten pretty popular. Today I came home from work and the server can no longer be pulled up on steam or connected to. My ip address has not changed. When starting the server, hlds tells me "No connection to steam servers could be made" and I can only access the server via LAN.

| ok i fixed up the stuff in the port forwarding, changed the public ip address in forwarding to the new one, everything looks like it should be working... still no... and to make it even weirder, the ip "doesnt respond" yet gives me latency which changes everytime i refresh in steam server browser | |
