Hi

Seagate support keeps sending me emails, on my sbcglobal.net addy and i don't even receive them? and friend said it keeps bouncing her emails, Help

Any suggestions?

Router is handling PPPOE, Modem is on PPPOE on Computer(should it be in bridged mode), 5100B Modem

I do get sproadic email, but they said it would arrive in 10 minutes, but never does, or half hour

1) Open up GMAIL account.. (or use another free account your have)
2) Send a mail to yourself...
3) Post the error message and headers here.

1 edit		 Well I did that test, and the mail received fine, it's just friends/Seagate technology that don't go thru, and i don't get it, spam mail is empty, i checked it

tried with Hotmail another test

Dayton, OH		 Then you need one of those person to post back send the bounced mail message to your hotmail/GMAIL account with headers and then post those here..
