Yes SSID broadcast is on with wep security. Ok I just got it to give out ip without my laptop having a static ip. I put in a static ip route on the netgear pointing to the Linksys at 192.168.1.1 which works put after I save the setting I can no longer get to the netgear setup page at 192.168.1.3 but the netgear is giving out ip's now. So I don't know if this is the right way to do it since I can no longer able to get to the netgear setup page. |

| The Linksys has an LAN IP of 192.168.1.1 and the Netgear has a LAN IP of 192.168.1.3,right?
And you set it up,as I showed earlier, with the two units connected LAN port to LAN port,WAN port NOT USED on the Netgear? -- I'm just a Material Handling Tech.If it's too heavy, get a Forklift. |
