Do you have trouble logging into the Qwest web site?

sanitarium09 join:2002-09-01	Do you have trouble logging into the Qwest web site? It seems like every night after about 11PM CT I cannot log into my Qwest account on their web site. I know sites go down for maintenance, but every single night? And when I can log in it is ungodly slow and it always says "this info in unavailable" blah blah blah.

There's a chat help there that maybe some billing folks would be able to answer those questions for you.
