For future reference, Qwest's list of servers is here. However, I think they split them up for load balancing only. You can still use any of the servers regardless of where you're located.

Qwest.net uses POP before SMTP to validate you, so you can send mail even if you're logged into another ISP. You just have to check your inbox first.
