Anybody else having mail issues?

Just spent an hour on the phone with them. They said it was something on my side. They reset my ports three times.
Scheduled a truck roll for tomorrow, sounds like they need to schedule a truck roll for themselves.

Everything down here in Birmingham. That includes all Bellsouth websites, and their DNS is slower than Christmas. I'm using different DNS just to browse the web. |

No DSL connection here in Georgia (near Atlanta); can connect via dialup. Neither bellsouth.net nor fastaccess.com respond to ping. |

Is anyone else seeing slow download speeds? I'm on the 6Mb xtreme, normally get 4-6 Mb download speeds. Tonight I'm getting less than 300 Kilobit downloads. Upload speed is normal at about 420 kilobits.
Wondering if whatever outage/issues they're having may be related.

Can't connect to dsl. When connected through wireless can't connect to mail servers or bellsouth.net only bellsouth.com available. Too many calls to tech support to get through, just get message to call back later if still need tech support. |

I'm in Greenville, SC as well lost all web access/email etc. I am on Charter backup I cannot access anything bellsouth.net or get phone support. I have reset my modem etc. I get an IP and get connected but nothing works. |

More info - download speeds from West Coast, Texas are much closer to normal ~3MB. Servers in NY, GA, DC have the 200 - 300 kb speed. |
