Bad Hop?

Have a trace route going that always seems to start a lag, was wondering if others have seen this as a problem spot?

svl-core-01.inet.qwest.net (67.14.12.58) 77 ms 78 ms 82 ms

Rest of the Qwest hits following don't trail nearly as much as this one...
TIA!
