I ordered DSL from PSN on June 9th, the sales rep told me he would send me a email confirming what I had ordered. On June 14th I sent a new request asking for DSL service and when they called me back I told her that I never got an email from my sales rep, she quickly xfered my to him. Well he said he was sorry and he would email me as soon as we end our conversation. Well it June 21, and I still have not gotten an email or an order #. Did I memtion that when I asked him the status of my order (on June 14) he said he needed my credit card -- I told him htat I had given him this information on June 9th -- he then said yes he has it. Are the sale rep so busy the don't place orders until ????? and that's why people are having problems. I have read thru the reviews and every PSN name listed I sent a email to requesting my order number -- I got one response from PSN telling me they were forwarding my email to CS. |
