| Wireless gateway?
I have Earthlink DSL, and I'd like to use a wireless gateway (such as the 2Wire Homeportal), but when I called Earthlink they said they only sell a seperate Linksys router to go with my ZyXEL DSL modem -- that I can't combine the 2 into 1.
Is that my only option? |

| Separate is better as far as flexibility for upgrades and configuration. Multiple devices can be a pain to manage, though.
I think the real question is not what will EL sell you, but what will they allow on their network if you choose to buy it elsewhere. Surely, they publish a list of compatible h/w.
