i agree, everybody pisses and moans about these pedestals placed in the utility easement, but yet they want all the latest cutting edge services....

I don't think that these rulings have a bearing on the AT&T project anyway. This is part of their network upgrade..

I believe the paint is also warranted to be graffiti-resistant. Kiddies spray them and techs can wipe (with a bit of effort) it back to original.
