15Mbit for $100?!?!?! I think 100/100 (100BaseT) would be more like it. Heck I have 15Mbit/2Mbit with Optimum Online now and that is $49.95/mo. Granted it is "only" 2Mbit up but that is still very good.
And you obviously dont upload much or that upload would be 150kbps
