15Mbit for $100?!?!?! I think 100/100 (100BaseT) would be more like it. Heck I have 15Mbit/2Mbit with Optimum Online now and that is $49.95/mo. Granted it is "only" 2Mbit up but that is still very good.
Upload 200 GB in a month and get back to me on that.
He'd be capped within the first gigabyte uploaded(if he isn't currently capped already)
