Avast alert
Avast caught it too but only when opened in Internet Explorer. Nothing when opened in Firefox.

Re: Is this site infected?

Well this sucks, AVG (Free) apparently does not do active scanning. I went to the web page, got no virus warning, so just to be sure before I went to bed I had it do a full scan. Low and behold in the Firefox cache there it finds this nifty little gem.

AVG free should do active scanning. However, you should check the settings and see what files it scans in real time. I believe it defaults to only scan "infectable objects" or whatever they call it. You may need to try telling it to "scan all files" and then test it and see what happens.
