| That's not really a solution if they only replaced it to gain internet access instead if fixing the other PC. What are they going to do when the new PC acts like the old PC?
If the Win ME PC cannot access the Net then it is misconfigured or it has a corrupted TCP/IP or Winsock1/2 installation. Those types of problems are quite common.
I have Windows 95 and 98 on the Net right now working behind my Router.
