Re: [Tiny] Looks like CA has released an updated TINY..

after reading the original post, i went to the CA website to read about the CA firewall.. from what i read, to me it sounds like it is the same old (buggy) zone alarm-clone.. nothing i read gave me the impression that the new CA firewall has anything in common with the old tiny 2005 firewall..

incidentally, i tried the tiny 2005 firewall, but it was too much for me, meaning that i could not figure out how to get it to work..

I wonder if you can get TV Guide bundled into the annual subscription.

I'm trying out the new CA/Tiny firewall right now. I actually like it. Not the same as TPF but better than most other firewalls I've tried lately.

Yea, I got re-directed and clicked on the link before I read the page through. Sorry about the post. Looks like their business firewall slated for Dec may be more like Tiny was.

Tiny is dead-this is CA incorporating Tinys technology. And remember CA sells to the home user so they will keep it as simple as possible.

I'm sure its nothing like TinyFirewall Pro.
