Poor? Brahm Cohen

I wonder if Mr. Cohen is profiting from any of this bittorrent explosion. I have him to thank for hundreds of bootlegs (legal with artists' permission as far as I know). I know he has his own little start-up company, but I wonder if he was smart enough to patent his bittorrent idea.
