| Vod Issues, you go to VOD Home Channel hit OK then nothing
All,
I believe we may have a fix for the customers who seem to have full functionality on their set-top box with the exception of VOD.
If you :
Go to the VOD home channel (channel 1)
You see the VOD blackspash screen telling you to hit ok.
You hit enter it says loading then takes you back to the VOD Home Channel screen telling you to hit enter.
If that sounds familiar please post to me your GI # off you box and I'd to see if this fix works on your box. If I'm not responsive please leave your box on.

Many thanks for responding to this issue -- as a head's up I've tried calling RCN's service line for 3 weeks now and despite holding on for over an hour no one has ever picked up I am also getting the funky service message every time I try to select guide or menu (or anything) and VoD has been inaccessible as well (I tried your idea and it didn't work).
