Class action lawsuit anyone?

Seems like Verizon didn't learn from the snafu with the Motorola v710 that was advertised as being able to 'transfer files wirelessly (bluetooth)' when in fact they had crippled the bluetooth stack.

More and more, I want to drop Verizon Wireless for these kind of tactics. Contract is up in March!
