Oh yeah, and my SB5100 modem currently has the bugged 1.1.1.1 firmware, will this be automatically updated or will I see speed issues?

If you haven't gotten an update already, It's doubtful you will get one now.

My SB5100 ran fine for 1 1/2 years with the 1.1.1.1 firmware.
Do a LONG powercycle... like overnight, and see if it pulls(they push) newer firmware to it when you power it back up in the morning.

I had speed problems on the last speed upgrade,but this firmware change fixed it.The firmware i had was not the one you have though.
