i am planning to get the RevD 624 because my rev.C reboots like a MF.
does this revision also reboot?

What firmware are you running on your 624 c? mine is 2.76 and doesnt reboot. Have you tried some of the other fireware back to 2.42 and 2.50? 2.50 is very stable for me and so is 2.76.
