| Earthlink rejecting some emails
Hello Everyone,
I host my companies email here in Arkansas. We are on AT&T DSL. Recently, my boss tried to send an email to one of our employees via his earthlink.net email account. His email was kicked back with the following error message:
Unrouteable address
I had him try to send an email to me from his earthlink.net address. Again, it was rejected. I then had him send me an email from his arkansas.net email account and it worked fine.
Any ideas why earthlink is rejecting his email?
Thanks, Robert |
