What type of setup are you running? OS, version of IE, version of FP? Firewall? Do you have multiple computers hooked through a router?

Details may help troubleshoot this further.

Could you setup a test account on a subweb on your website so I can test from here?

join:2006-10-27		 I had the same problem and the web host had to change my login to "basic authentication". The have had this problem before with Sat accounts.
