Been a while since we've had one of these.

Still 40x40 then I believe

Anyway, I was bored and browsing around and came across some I thought were cool.

I made that one, and yes, as far as I know, it is up for grabs, still...I think one other person asked for it, but I don't recall...probably if I weren't so lazy to look at the earlier posts in this thread, I'd know... ...but yes, if nobody else has already taken it, you can have it; that's why we put 'em up there.

I'm not sure why it would be denied unless maybe it's flashing too quickly. Anyone else have any ideas?

I tried slowing this one down a bit if you want to try it.



I don't know if it would considered too fast and flashy but the more I look at it, the flashier it seems. I can't think of another reason for it to be denied other than that. The slower one may not be much different since it seems to me to be the quick color change that makes it appear quicker than what the frame rate actually is.

The speed shouldnt have anything to do with it being denied. From what I can see everything is in specs.

Some worry about flashing avatars causing seizures, so some flashing avs get denied.
Edit: It might depend on the mod that sees it first too. Some may deny one that others wont..

I guess so. Not being a neurologist I wouldn't know. Better safe than sorry I guess is their thinking. It may also just be that they find it obnoxious too. that would get it denied.

1 edit		 Thanks again Macy, I will give the slower one a try. I just had a thought, since I had just upgraded my account maybe the mod didn't realize I was allowed an animated avatar. I got an email telling me my account had been upgraded so maybe it will work now. Thanks again for all your help.

Just one more this time - I have to get off my lazy butt and resize all those old ones - but like I said, at least when it comes to that, I'm lazy. I'd rather make new graphics.

Don't ask me what this is, because I have no idea (a bug in a cage? - oops, outed myself ).

EDIT: Added another from the other av post - resized and attempt at animating the flames.

Heya bettywont See Profile I hope this is helpful..there are many FAQ's. When I first joined I spent a lot of time checking them out and I still read a lot them..they have SOOOOOOO much helpful info. The avatars here should be the size for BBR since the people here made them for HERE.
