 SLOW DSL

This is why you DO NOT use cyberstation DSL. I am *paying* for 1.5Mbps down and 384k up. As you can see from the picture im not even getting 1/10 of what im paying for. If you like waiting 30seconds for a webpage to load, this DSL is for you.

  Mr. Sellman,

First or all I would like to make a few things clear, foul language and immature comments are not welcome here. Everyone at Cyberstation understands that you are not satisfied with your service, even though by your own admittance we have worked tirelessly on your account, you seem to find it necessary to constantly rant about how we have "mistreated" you. We unsuccessfully poured extreme time and effort into getting you satisfied. After trying everything under the sun we then released your contract so you would not be confined to unsatisfactory service. We DID NOT have to do this, but we decided it would be the least we could do in return for your dissatisfaction.

You make it sound like our entire service is a joke, but with the exception of one other customer (that mix-up was not from our end, and for what happened I would say it was recovered well) you and Mr. Walker (aka: Scott Hall) have been the only 2 individuals to show dissatisfaction with our service (Mr. Walker has 2 tickets with IPC open trying to patch things up for him). I ask you, Jerrod, what more do you want us to do? You anonymously post reports with foul language and indecent comments thinking no one knows who you are, but considering you are the only customer on the 63 network speaks for itself.

I'm trying not to be rude or derogatory here, but if you step back and look at what we have done then its really hard to find a reason as to why you are still flaming our reviews.

Out of the 3 dissatisfied customers mentioned above:

1) We released your contract after exhausting everything we could do to try to appease you.

2) "budfive"'s case was a result of a CPE being mailed to the wrong address (was resolved any complications).

3) Mr. Walker's case has 2 trouble tickets open with IPC trying to resolve his issues.

3 out of 200; not perfect but certainly not the complete anarchy you have made it out to be. I apologize if I have offended you in any way, and even though I represent only myself and not the official views of Cyberstation Inc. I just wanted to take a moment to respond to the accusations you have made against a corporation I am proud to represent.

Respectfully,
Andy Reedy
Cyberstation Inc.
