| Bandwidth Caps The cable cos will now be ones to start enforcing the bandwidth caps since some peoples will use the XBOX instead of the cable cos ppv. Also, I can see Micro$oft gaining more moola on this as we will now have to buy the larger hard drive for the XBOX 360. -- High speed is dangerous. Too many MP3s, not enough time. | |

They don't even bother to mention the quality in the news release which means that it will be junk and overpriced.

People don't understand that though... all they see is the HD part and think it's all the same. It's not! After seeing HD @ 1080p, 720p or 1080i is depressing. -- Think outside the Fox... Opera

See pic? That's 720p(which is more or less the same as 1080i) on this laptop's screen. To me, this is depressing - YMMV. -- Think outside the Fox... Opera

| Re: Bandwidth Caps My TV has a native resolution of 1280x720, so anything higher than 720p is a waste. Now, if my TV had a native resolution of 1920x1080, 720p wouldn't look as great as 1080p.

| »www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/co···244.html Well this article says that they will have some HD content..
FYI people saying they don't need HD, or 720p is enough is ok if you have EDTV.
If you have a 1080i or p native LCD, anything less doesn't look so great (IMO, since it's down converting).
I can't get BSG in HD, so this would be cool to d/l off xbl if they didn't charge so much.. As it stands, I can just download a HDTV source encode off BT which looks better than the analogue/SD channels I have to watch it on.
