Some mom n pop movie places can be that cheap, but not many.

Dadkins is right about Netflix though. I'd have to see the quality first before deciding. Do you get to KEEP the show/movie - or is it a PPV type thing, where you see it once and that's it?
The quality of the movies will supposedly be equivalent to the videos that come pre-loaded on your XBox360 console. There's even a couple of HD videos pre-loaded.

Hopefully, since you can horse your XBox360 to a Windows Media PC, you'd be able to offload it to that for longer term storage.
