Even the Brazilian Ministry of Communication is against this bill. From what I've been reading (first-hand, none of the babelfish crap) just about the only people for it are the guy who wrote the bill and the digital-signature companies. Everyone else thinks it's a travesty.
I wouldn't worry too much about this passing, then again, I didn't worry too much about communists winning the governorship in my home state and they just did.  |
