| [Brighthouse] "Scheduled Interruptions"
Hi. I live in central Florida and have EarthLink cable through Bright House. I have to complain about these so called "Scheduled Interruptions", because it seems to happen every week at least once, and it takes them all evening and night to finish. I can view web sites just fine, but not play games because I lag a lot. I am getting tired of all these darn interruptions and am thinking of switching over to RoadRunner if they don't stop doing this.
And for the record this is the second day in a row that they are doing this. |

| No problems here in central Florida(I'm in Poinciana, Osceola county) for me. Are you sure you're under the central Florida division of BHN? Lakeland may be under the Tampa division. If this is the case, then looking at the RR network status page shows a lot of issues in the Tampa division, so switching wouldn't change a thing. |

switching to RR won't help, EL and RR run in the same network i believe. |
