The problem with the fines is that they are ridiculously low, and totally meaningless.....up it to say 25 or 30 mil and you will then start seeing some action, along with a strict cease and desist....which if ignored and then you really start escalating the fines....JMT

Easy way to eliminate spyware is to find the CEOs of these companies and riddle the car there in with bullets. But unfortunately that's not legal
