Aye, if you can't download stuff i guess that would cut down on the number of viruses you download...duh.
As an aside:
Most viruses are in fact Vista-compatable i assume since it seems (too) close to XP, yes?
Curious as i saw the inverse here. We had a virus sneak into office network but it didn't like my old win98se box without the lastest tools (not much installed for .net and VB etc) |

My vote is for.. a non-admin account. Not a non-admin act-a-like, but something in the "Users" group and not the "Administrators" group. Doing that one of the first things I did. |
